Beautiful technique .and feeling, Pat. It's always been one of my favourite pieces, and you and it hold a very special place in my heart for your very special and greatly appreciated rendition of it back in 1985. I will never forget that as long as I live. Thank you for the pleasure your playing has brought to my life, along with thousands of others who's hearts you have touched. xx Seán.
Wow, Pat, incredible recording. Delighted you gave me the heads up on it. Have to agree with steve, the little step down is a pleasant surprise. Just shocked that all those years I had no idea what a tallent I had sitting on the other side of the bar. Its a pity I never got t hear you play in Findlaters. You might be pleased to hear that i've dusted my own guitar off once again, but I'll ever get one to sing like that. Keep up the great work!
pat beautiful not only well played but beautifully played. btw am i noticing a step down to a dom 7th chord at 2.58/2.59 that i don't think is in original music sounds great nonetheless
@iamahumbleman hi steve thanks for the kind comment.yea sometimes i get so into the music i uncontrolably cant resist putting my own little expressive interpretational changes.i think its good for music in general as theres so many people doin it the same way.i remember a story about the great segovia when he repeated a section in a piece that wasent there and when asked why he simply replied.."because i enjoyed it so much"the music takes me places where i have no control over sometimes.

Pat, that's a great rendition of "The Tremelo Study" as I knew it many years ago.
You play with great technique and passion. I really enjoyed this video. Must get to see you play sometime.
