dam bro thats wats up, i seen ur comment on my vid, thanks, ur killen it tho for only being at it for a year, i just started using some weights again trying to put on some size, i lost like 12lbs of fat over the last few months doin strate barz, but i gta put some size back, ima try ur level routines tho this week shit looks ill. i do a similar style i do 5mu 10pu, 6mu 9pu, 7mu 8pu, and so on till ur at 10mu 5 pu, shit is hard as hell to well for me at least.
@mrnothingbettertodo Just practicing trying to do it.. didn't get it til I seen the clip from D300 on his first.. Then thats when I realized the type of power you have to put behind it
