There was no way he ordered this over the internet from a chem supply warehouse without FDA approval: 1. It's schedule one banned substance. &, 2: Chem supply warehouses don't synthesize schedule one drugs without an authorized request.

How do I know this?

I've read The Spirit Molecule, where Rick Strassman goes into detail about how difficult it was to get FDA approval, and an authorized chemist willing to do the synthesis.
