Im trying to get this bike and I love, just riding i dont choose sides.For example I watched my dads Ultra Classic walk away from a built up Busa..Granted he's done some work but there aint nothin like a V-Twins sound and a 190MPH is really overrated.Been there done that..lol..
Great video, i am a 919 Hornet rider, but had the opportunity to take this 1200x for a decent test ride on the 28-11-09 and must say i was most certainly impressed with the whole package of the XR1200X , i am tall and found it very comfortable and suprisingly smooth and power was nice for a twin, cornered well and brakes were nice, also noted the front wheel was really no effort to lift off the ground as well, i would consider one as a second machine to have a bit of fun on.
I'm confident that if you walked alongside a highway for long enough, you could find enough parts to build a Harley. That's coming from someone who rides one at work.

I never have any problems with my Nightster and i have smoked many foriegn bikes on the street and the drag strip. I've rode many other bikes and I like most of them but my bike has them all beat. I'm a mechanic for harley and the only bikes that come in with real problems are the old ones. They are obviously doing something right if they are #1 in bike sales in the U.S.
