@mixtape3 theres two different sets of track, the one on the outer edge of the spine, and track in the middle of the spine. the track on the outer edge is what supports the coaster train. the track in the middle of the spine moves slightly higher than the train supporting track and then pushes a rack, which turns the gear that the seats are attached to. that is what spins the seats. sorry if i mixed up which track is which! hope i explained good. if i didn't, just google how x2 works.

@chilurae It's a super extreme ride throughout the whole thing. The flips along with the g forces make it completely wild. It's definitely the most exciting and extreme ride I've ever been on, and I've been to at least a dozen theme parks in the US (including going on Kingda Ka in Six Flags: Great Adventure)

@chilurae I don't remember exactly, it's hard to tell because a lot of the times, the g forces abruptly change from towards you to away from you. I definitely recommend trying X2 at least once.

I never thought the Viper was that bad in terms of shakyness. The best thing to do is to keep your head back to reduce whiplash.

@chilurae Yeah I've been on it a few times. It's actually a really smooth ride, so you can tilt your head in any direction you feel comfortable with, though they usually recommend keeping your head back against the head rest.

@chilurae I don't think it's the fastest by a long shot... I think it goes around 60-70 MPH. Goliath and Superman are definitely faster. Goliath is in the 80 range and Superman is in the 100s.

@chilurae I think you'll have a great time. Riddler is kind of similar to Scream, only you're standing...that's about it really. Tatsu is also a lot of fun, and I would recomend saving X2 for last (best for last)

the line for this ride is usually 4-5 hours long, in the morning wen the park opens everyone goes to that ride so the line is about 7 hours, its better to go in the evening

I much prefer the old colours to the new colours as they were fun and vibrant now it just looks dull. However, it is still the best ride on the planet in my opinion! I have only ever been on the old X though. But we managed to go on it 6 times as the queue was only 5-10 minutes long! Visit in May.....good time to go!

The tunnel idea got shelved a few months ago. Instead they decided to go with fire and fog effects.

The tunnel that they were going to use, IMO looked very weird and wouldn't have added to the ride experience at all.

hey the flames have changed now! They made them turn on as soon as the first seat touched this gear and turned on instead until the whole trian passes!
