If I keep the frame size at 720x480, will that affect the quality at all? and i saw another tutorial on this that said to move the quality up to 100% or does that not make a difference?

@TheFilmerChris There really isn't any "best" format (in terms of PC vs. Mac) but there are best programs depending on which you have. Final Cut is the top of the line for Mac and Premiere Pro is top of the line for PC.
