Reason being, if an officer fires his weapon he is supposed to fire to kill, and they empty their clips. They're not going to fire a couple of shots and then go and check if someone is dead. Eastwood, you'll find that in any case of police shooting someone, there are always very high numbers of bullets. Reason being, if an officer fires his weapon he is supposed to fire to kill, and they empty their clips. They're not going to fire a couple of shots and then go and check if someone is dead. Also, there were five officers. That's ten bullets a piece.
