no, that setting should do it, i just tested it and it works fine for me...are you sure its not behind the other windows? send me an email to support and i will have a look at what might be going on, but it seems to work fine here for me and no one else has had issues with this setting.

I have turned on the Proxy Debug option but I do not get the proxy debug window? Is there anything else that needs to be done?
