I enjoyed the tour. Unfortunately when I visited Czechoslovakia in 1989 the itinerary which originally included Brno was cancelled and instead after Prague we went to the Western Bohemian spa towns. You refer to a couple of socialist type buildings in the city centre. These are actually examples of Czech Modernism of the 1920's and 30's. Not to everyone's taste but I like them and think they very indicative of how bold and forward-looking the young republic was back then. Cheers.
