I'm not a hundred percent positive about this but I believe that when you encounter players with ghost pro, the target assist doesn't engage or pull the screen in the direction of the player, as I hope many of you have noticed. The name tag being hidden on the screen disables this effect. Target assist does not work when you encounter ghost pro players. Unfair advantage?

Just look at the color used in the game. The games color was built around this one perk ghost. The only map where ghost has no effect is nuketown, not because its small but because its a bright map.
