I retire from a major airline in two years(age 49). Lee Cnty will be nice in the winters.

@falcondriver100 Its American or Delta you fly for, and Iraq had such a limited fleet at the time of airliners it would have taken far too long and way too expensive to move tens of thousands of WMDS to Syria( Syria not on the best terms with Iraq anyway). If the weapons our as small as you say you either drive the stuff or bury it (Iraq is huge) You do recall what happened when Iraq flew a 100 plus acft to Iran during Desert Storm(they never got them back.

@falcondriver100 No your right no need to disclose personal info, but dude seriously I lived in Iran in the 70s and I saw their F-14s,F-4s, F-5s flying all the time, but I never saw an F-15 in Irans colors. I read like crazy and I have never seen any info on Iranian F-15s, the Shaw was the only foreign customer for the F-14.

@b52gf16c I could swear we sold them a boatload of 15's in the 70's when they were our 'friends', but maybe it was the 14's?? Either way, non of them can fly b/c we won't sell them parts. Now that I think of it, it may have been the 14's b/c when we took them out of service, the CIA oversaw them being torn to shreads in boneyards so nobody could get parts from them. I'm sure Iran would pay a pretty penny to get thiers up & running. lol.

@falcondriver100 They bought about 80 plus F-14s and have been able to reverse enigineer the acft just enough to keep about 10% flying(not as combat acft,but as mini Awacs due to the awsome radar suite on the acft).

Its at 9.2% and in March it was at its lowest since 2009 at 8.8%. SO I would say that Obama's statement of it staying at 9% is the truth.
