If there are 12 rows and 4 multiple occurring column then the total number of generated key will be 12*4=48. Means total number of records return will be the GK max value. Or 4 multiple occurring columns the GCID will be (1, 2, 3, 4) for 12 times.

Yes correct ! If you have previous knowledge on this matter you c'd call this/relate as Pivot transformation. As in many places this normalization/denorm are also know as pivot/depivot .

Manish, this is a great video. However, Normalizer transformation should be called as Pivot transformation.
