I'd agree wit´h you, you can get a great draught and amount of smoke from a smaller hookah, the problem is tho, that the smoke will easily get warm or even hot.

The reason i find smoking hookah nice, is that you get a nice flavored and cold smoke, especially if you use icecubes, have a tall pibe and have a good hose. And you wouldn't ever be able to get that with a tiny papa smurf, sadly.

To maintain the small ones performance, you'll have to change water after each coal, imo.

Larger doesn't equal better.. However, anyone who knows anything about hookah knows that pumpkin hookahs (papa smurf) are Chinese ripoffs used to sap money from college kids. MYA makes great small hookahs, that smoke as well (if not better) than the large ones.

Size DOESNT make a difference, it's the brand! MYA is known for their oustanding small hookahs, and Khalil Mamoon is known for big ones. After that, it's all about your shisha/hookah preparation.
