not the same if you want to sing meatloaf it has to be more original im a meatloaf singer tribute act and my only strong advice is to tune the guitar and get a different piernist and the guy who is singing stand at the front and act like meatloaf and the drummer has to be more enthusiastic . keep rocking.
There are some places you could improve things, but at your age you've done a great job - I wish I could play so well when I was that age - that was when I was actually listening to the Meatloaf tunes as they came out :)
Keep it up and you'll have a great future.
The confidence will put you a step ahead of most people.
even if this was shit (which it isn't) i'd still give you massive props for not only covered Meat at your age but for also choosing this piece of 70's radio pop brilliance!!
Wow, thanks so much for saying all that, such a kind comment and it's very much appreciated! Meat is so wonderful as is all classic rock like this, and modern music doesn't even come close!
So thanks once again, and it was really great to get your kind comment, we truly appreciate it!
I don't know really, I suppose it's just being in bands, you get used to getting up in front of people after a while, you know. It's actually a lot easier when you're down in you're music room filming videos though, there's no one watching.
yes...i agree as a matter of fact i'm doing some vocals in my band now and i play piano as well. idk if i mentioned that...but yeah keep on rocking man...
Instrumentally...the progress you guys have made is amazing...and it continues on this video...Vocally this was indeed a challenge...But i think you can hit the high notes if you keep working at it...The most important thing to have when you hit one of the high parts is faith!...You gotta believe you can do it!...Your voice is still in a stage of transition...But soon it won't be such a struggle to nail the high parts the way you want to...Keep practicing and stretch your voice out.
Thanks very much! Yes I know, it is amazing how a few months of producing videos like this develops you! It's a very hard song to sing, you're right. Meat Loaf is an underrated singer. Yeah, you really have to keep working at those high notes and have faith. Singing's not my strongest point so I'm always practicing, but you would be surprised how much these videos have helped me improve my singing! Thanks once again, I love getting your comments, so kind but also constructive. Thanks!
Next time with a bass!

Intro was nothing short of Genious :D...but the rest of it was a dissappointment following from the intro.
