Is it or isn't it wrong... well it bothers us when we do it, and it can become an addction that really makes itself present when we are alone.... so I'd say we all naturally know it's bad because we are always trying to quit. We beleive we'd be better people if we quit. And so when we don't, we know we are worse than we could be, and its depressing.
