although there is protections and signed papers and what nots.. YOU cant stop the sky cobras with those lines in the sky! WE cant stop the storms from coming. across the usa which i have been, I have noticed a disease noone is taling about,,, its on our trees,, squirrels, birds of all kinds.. i have documented it from coast to coast,,Look next spring,,,if we have one! please! white nose disease is the same thing and its killed 70% of bats! i say goodbye everyday to them!!

at this rate,,,how many big trees will be left. I just got back to washington st and the big trees are all being wiped out from storms or ppl a scared of trees falling. 70% of record trees are gone in less than 10 years. Trees are dying - enviromentally from sky chems and drough to flooding and massive wind and ice storms, so these compittions are just dust in the wind--

@Cloudy011 This competition is for entertainment purposes and for raising awareness and funds for injured loggers and their families. Luckily today the forestry service replants trees, but I'm not for clear-cutting (raping) wild forests in delicate mountainous areas. But this is a major industry in Wa. People from other countries also buy our wood. Blame them, too. It's a natural resource that is widely in demand.

Unfortunately, there are few BIG trees left and they are for the most part protected, thanks due to certain number of "heroes" that are greatly appreciated and long gone. It takes dedicated and concerned folks to create protected forests. That's why it's important to take action! All it takes is a petition and a voice! No matter which country you are from and concerned with.

Change is unstoppable in this Universe. Humans will be dust in the wind, also, and any damage we caused to the environments. New species will develop--far different from anything we can imagine today--and rule the Earth.

But in the meantime, us humans are making the modern day planet sick.
