one on the far left is the gearbox, push it up it speeds up the changes and stuff, push it down for driving on snow. one on the middle is for the suspension, down for comfort, up for race. one on the right is the traction control, up for race so you have some slip, down to turn it off, this also engages launch control

@TheNumber2Pencil546 I driven a friend's GTR in real life and those switches are controls for the Traction control ,paddle shifter shift speed and the 4WD drive system. And holding one of those switches for 2 seconds activate their sport mode so turning all of them into sport mode is the key to gain maximum GTR performance and man what a beast this car is to drive I mean I clocked up the G-Meter up to 1.04 G and a feel that my neck is gonna have a whiplash.
