I wish my landlord wouldn't charge me $500 pet deposit. I think thats a little too much because I am also a landlord but I charge only $300 one time fee. I would love to adopt a cat from a shelter and have it as my own because I need a companion because Im alone most of the time and wish to hear a cats purr and company.
