@Muaaz5903 You can check that out somehow. You can go on a website that scans your computer's apps and as the results, it tells you what apps will and will not work with OS X Lion.
what do I do about my files and other apps etc? do I put them back onto the mac from my Time Machine when the install is complete, or does everything stay where it is?
@Mr2018TV I did today. Super easy. Don't worry about the lack of apple software. The bootcamp software in Lion actually allows you to create your own drivers disc. Took me about say -45 minutes or so. Windows 7 looks AMAZING on this sucker, too.
If you have a lot of Macs to install this on, simply do this: Download the installer from the App Store. When you get to the main Installer Screen, go up to Spotlight, and search for Lion. It will show you the 3.65Gb Installer App. Copy that app to a USB or network drive. Voila. You don't have to download the installer from Apple on every computer you are installing it on.
You should have installed Lion onto another partition. Installing it over your main operating system is a bad idea because it is still a bit buggy, and a lot of apps don't work on it yet.
Is it true that Microsoft Word doesnt work on OSX Lion please reply back

It would help the speed of your computer if you cleaned up your desk top. To many files on your desk top will slow your computer down.

Do you still need to burn a DVD or Flash Drive, or do you just download it, partition hard drive, then download dmg. on mac? Thanks for the help.
MegaAppleCrazy 7 months ago
@MegaAppleCrazy no you just need to partition the drive for the golden master, but why get the golden master when the new one is coming out soon

Do you have a Mac Developer Account? If not, how did you install Lion without Partitioning or Burning a DVD.
