@xstyledragonx you can go to any mages guild, and one of the people will recharge your staff or weapon but its reeeaaaalllllyyyyyyy expensive...

@xstyledragonx If you want to recharge all your items easily, just to go to any Aeilyd Ruins and look for a Varla Stone. It will fully recharge all your magic items. If you want more than one, just dupe it.

It is one of the generic staves that start appearing once you are at a high enough level, if you are desperate to get it, summon a lich when you are about level 30, get a disintegrate weapon spell and a dispel on self spell, summon a lich, disintegrate it's weapon, pick it up, and dispel yourself, which kill the lich, and you keep the staff, you can get loads of staves like this.

howcome i kill a knight on one side of the map in a field far from any town and when i get to a town on the other side of the map, they know that i have killed their ally and they start attacking me???

ofcourse it is!! just go to the mages guild, there are people in each one that recharge ur staffs, bow, etc. if u go to the one in cheydnhall or watever, i think the girl named agata recharges staffs (thats the only guild i go to so i can recharge)

There is two places to get 'that staff'

one; Rindir's staffs, the weapon is call Apoethis (Or something like that)

Two; The mages guild, the first 'real mission' where you go and collect your staff, just enchant it with the 'Lightning' capabilities. :)
