  • I like the sound of this machine, it reminds me of a Solina. The Logan looks quite lightweight compared to a Solina. Is it very heavy?

  • I remember the Logan when I was looking for a string synth back in the '70's. Opted for the Solina as I thought it had the edge. Have not seen another Roland TR77 rhythm unit for a while though. I have one of these which I use with my Hammond B200 and still going well.

Another nice effect is to put strings throgh Boss Phaser.

  • Nice..I just put up one of those. Is that a wersimatic WM24 on top? Do you have the other part for it? I inherited the other half from someone with the keys!

  • The way you change the voices with your finger is very funny

  • That last sound would be great in Techno music! Nice instrument, I'd heard about these, and I have samples of it somewhere

  • nice sound!

  • Put the String Melody II sound through a Mu-Tron Bi-Phase stereo phaser and you are in vintage sweep heaven ! Absolutely beautiful !

  • Nice melody,do you make this"cut" yourself.

  • I had this machine 1979-83 and I love the sound when I recorded at home.

To get a broarder and warmer sound I used to get the sound thru a Boss chourus pedal CE-1

and a little delay throug a Memory man delayer.

    Thanks for adding...
