Alstom R160 test train on the J Train: leaving Broad Street

Does the MTA test every single new train that come in after delivery? Do they also test them after they come out of maintenance or after being repaired?

you know what? thats pretty funny. im not sure which door will open on double- sided platforms. ive seen mta r160 test trains before but not on double-sided platforms.
