  • so question... in addition to this work on the ball, do you eat a lot of oatmeal/nuts/beans kinda carbs and lean meat (chicken/fish/lean red meat) and veggies? I have had some results with this exercise, but I'm certain my ice cream habit is keeping me from maximizing my results.

    Never judge a book by its cover. The video may seem like it's useless but when you actually do it, you'll see how helpful it is. Because I've been doing situps with my exercise ball, and it's giving me some good results.

    I think I'll stick with the floor, was gunna give the exercise ball a try, but after seeing that, it looks useless!

  • When I saw ppl using the ball I thought it looked dumb. Now I use it, and it has giving me excellent results!

  • how long before you saw a difference and how often did you use it

  • Within two months and I was doing it every other day. I didn't just do the ball, but other exercises.
