Always loved this short. And always loved that these are, or based on, actual interviews at old folks homes, zoos, shops and ordinary people on the street. (The lion was a Brazilian exchange student who was living in a hotel room)

I really like when they add "Uhh...umm..." sighs, clearing throats, stammering and all that. and hand movements like we use!

The voices used are all people who were interviewed in convalescent homes (except for the kid- some visitors were interviewed too).

Whats great about this is that Nick Park (guy who animates this and wallace and gromit) creates the character to the voice.

They dont make the character and then find a voice for it, they build the character around the voice. Thats whats so authentic about this show, I love it!
