good effort for a high school assignment... I would suggest reading a literal translation to glean an understanding and then attacking the monologue. Also, I would ensure I know all the words (agate = ag-it, not a-gate; plagues = play-gs, not plags)

a lot of people are commenting on how he was drunk if you read the play mercutio is actually a little drunk thats why he is rambling on about this queen mab but i do admit you were kind of all over the place, its good to have movement but you were distracting and lines read very slow,

actually, no where in the script does it mention Mercutio is a little drunk. It can be reasonably inferred that he might be drunk while going masking -but there is no dirent (or even indirect) reference to his having imbibed.
