It's definitely comb. But, in the other side's defense, it could have been coat. It rhymes through something called alliteration. We songwriters use it all the time haha.

no, guys, fail. The song is called "Baby It's Cold Outside". She is trying to leave his house and he is trying to get her to stay by saying how cold it is outside, so she says "lend me your coat."

Remember this song was written in the mid 1900's; Woman didn't go outside having messy hair (unless they were in curlers getting the newspaper). She needs to comb her hair because they were kissing, so she says, "Lend me your comb."
