The Show: This is the best baseball game period. It's constanly improving and increasing it's fan base. People sell their XBOX's to get this game.

MLB 2K:

If MLB 2K would get rid of the multitude of glitches, generic looking players, horrific on-line play, and goofy arcade like features this game would have so much potential.

Since you won't say it, I will. The Show is the better game hands down period.

@MidKnightMellow I love The Show but the commentary is total shit. Compare it to any other sports game (ie. Fifa or NBA), also the cele's are terrible. If you win the world series all they do is run together and the commentary says you won...thats it - fucking terrible.

@3qjgnk - The commentary on The Show is dull and could no doubt use a spark. Sony has simply been over cautious about rocking the boat in making changes. This year they did add Eric Karros in place of Rex Hudler. Lets see if this is the start of more changes to come.

And yes, the milestones by players, division clinching, pennant winning, and World Series celebrations could all be more jubilant. We will see what they did in 2011.

great video but MLB 10: The Show isn't PS3 exclusive. It is also on the PS2 and PSP(however I think that all the cool stuff is on the PS3 only...)

i thought the twins were going to be worse with nathan out and i was happy about that because im a sox fan and i thought we had abetter chance of winning but the twins have suprisped me and the sox have dissapointed me i thought are pitching was going to be dominate (which it has been so far) but we cant score runs

i agree 2k9 was so damn glitchy and there was no realism in that game it was so easy to get a homerun and now in 2k10 they mess up the controls so now its even worse

If you do a lot of these videos, go over some techniques of baseball and playing like how to hit and stuff and what different kinds you can. I've played the mlb 2k10 demo and it kinda seems harder to hit than 2k9.. so just a suggestion.

if you've played both, it's laughable to favor 2K over the show. The Show might be the best baseball game ever made, 2K might be the worst.

Again my solution: EA gives 2K the right to make college basketball again (2K made the best college basketball games ever) in exchange for rights to major League Baseball (EA used to make some great MLB games 5 years ago).

& The Show can stay.

Oh yeah, definitely. I never played NFL 2K5, but I know 2K is excellent at basketball. Different companies are good at different sports, and they should just do what they're good at and not buy out the rights to do a sport they are bad at. I'm most passionate about EA taking away 2K's rights to do college basketball. That was HORRIBLE. EA realized they suck at college basketball so much they're not even gonna try next year, so hopefully they give the rights back to 2K.
