That's all its about. In order to recieve these benefits, you must stay poor, and not have a job that pays a buck of minimum wage.
Do you have any idea what the poverty line is and why it was created? It was created in 1968 along with the Great Society, a social welfare program to keep blacks separate from society. Welfare, food stamps, and low income housing is how democrat politicians could stick to their principles of segregation, bigotry, and hatred for blacks.

Bush screwed up more than the country, he denied any Republican candidate in the next 2 years or more a chance to win. The Republican Party decided to burn its bridges & retreated baiting the Democrats to screw up their absolute power. I should have voted for a third party instead.
