Gaughan is a great musician and a great voice. This is one of his signature tunes, with which he opens each live show. (It was, of course, written by Si Kahn.) Unfortunately, this video does not do this great artist justice. Please check out his CDs, which are of the highest quality. An artist does have the right to say which of his work gets out to the public. That shows basic respect the artist deserves.

Good manners dictates that you should have asked first, not decided to "stop to film only if Gaughan request so". Any footage you took before then should have been erased, as it was not sanctioned by Dick.

You ask "Who cares?" The artist in question very often does.

Poor quality recordings do no favours to performers, and posting footage without asking permission to film (as happened in this case) is worse than bad manners, it's deliberate bad manners.

It has nothing to do with money, it's to do with honesty and truth, which, if you know anything about Dick Gaughan, is what he has spent his whole life standing up for. This woman has deliberately ignored Dick's wish not to be filmed. No defence!!

I said I'll stop to film only if Gaughan request so. When message

was delivered I did stop filming. Now You are laying here,

Who cares if this is an illegal filming? Are A2D making cash out of the man? I don't believe they are...
