  • WRONG WRONG WRONG, It could also be that the overflow line is too long causing a siphon from the tank>>>or it could be the gasket at the base of the Flush Valve. The typical handy man always assumes its a flapper! The flapper companies thrive off everybodies assumption of food coloring = flapper. There are 9 components in the tank that can cause this. dont waste your money on running out and buying parts based on these non proffessional opinions. And please save your food color for the cupcakes!
