There ya go! It's really not too tough, took me about half an hour to figure out. Just listen closely and watch my vid for all the neck positions.

The real genius is in writing the tune!!

Excellent cover! I had never heard of Phil and just now checked out some of his vids! Wow! He just blows you away with his energy! I like the fact that he just seems to be having fun-hell he seems like a jokester! And another thing is even though he can shred like crazy he doesn't have that overly produced, cold, sound like some of the popular shredders have. Its a warm, Gibson to Marshall sound! ..and yeah his tone is heavy but his playing has so much soul........unlike most of those shredders who sound like finger nails on a chalk board to me....

Yes, I'm a big fan of Phil X, he's a great session guy and has some great gear demos on the Frettedamericana YT page. I'm nowhere near Phil X in repertoire alone, never mind his ability to switch styles! Thanks though, that's a real compliment.
