ILS and SIRIUS XM Launch SIRIUS FM-5 Satellite

If anyone from Sirius or XM sees this, I have a question. If one of the satellites goes down, how long does it take to get the spare up and running?

@timsartsite Only some type of buffer would help that. The only downside would be the time delay.
