"It's not about what I want, it's about what's fair! You thought we could be decent men, in an indecent time! Well you were wrong. It's a cruel world and the only morality in a cruel world is chance. Unbias, unpredjudice, fair. His son has the same chance Rachel did, 50/50."
"What happened to Rachel wasn't chance! It's because we decided to act! We three!."
This is easily one of the best if not the best music score in the film. The moment that it started to play i fell in love with it. I love how it in a way reflects Harvey Dent's fall to becoming Two-Face. The song it self starts out a bit sad but mellow tone( having the accident that caused him grief) but towards the end it has a sinister and "fallen" feel to the ambience it gives off, which to me shows that he truly has become lost.
Agreed, it was a really intense scene, you just didn't know what was going to happen. Anything goes with Nolan films so you just never know. Great music to a great scene
som1 please tell me name of the song at the end of dark knight during credits?the one that goes "dun dan dun dun dan dun dun...dun dan dun-dun dan dun"?
Its because he always said the cops were bent and Gordan protected them, but because of the jokers antics the cops were forced into being bent for thier own familys sakes, so Harvey blamed Gordan for everything, being that it was his hand picked cops who betrayed him.
But remember it was the Joker and maroni who threatened the police into help kidnap rachel and Harvey. The bent police all had family in hospitals.
yeah i think you could be right about harvey and anakin comparance in fact tell if im wrong im not trying to be retarded or anything but just trying to study harvey dents rise and fall from grace as two-face i aready seen the movie twice and im diffenitly going to see it the third time so i have one simple question is harvey's reason for helping the joker for his conquest of choas in gotham was beacuse of racheal's death and batman and comisioner gordon failed to rescue her
and batman and comissioner gordon failed to rescue her and batman and gordon felt sorry for harvey's loss of racheal and therefore harvey if i recall watching the movie twice in the theater blame gordon for racheal's death and the joker told harvey his side of the story of bringing order to gothem or something like that and to join the joker for bringing real justice and truth to gotham and somehow to avange racheal's death by kidnapping gordon's wife and son im kinda under the impression
from your compairing to anakin and harvey is what i have in mind from being both a star wars fan and a batman fan is that two charecters try to make a world a better place for anakin to trust the republic and to protect it and to harvey to trust gothem and to protect it too and somehow something tragic happen to there lives that anakin lost his mother and padme harvey lost racheal both charecters so to speak have loved there love ones a lot and from my compiarence between the two is that
once there love ones are gone they somehow blame a close friend for loseing a loved one anakin blamed obi-wan and harvey blamed gordon and somehow they became enimes and try to take something back from losing there there loved ones for both obi-wan and gordon for trying to take something from anakin and harvey is order and choas and to watch the world burn as alfred said to bruce wayne im not sure if you understand what im getting at but im just trying to have fun with the conversation
you know just for me not to get bored alround the internet and to just have some kicks and giggles if you catch my dreft so no big whoop and until then my freind as the joker would say let's put a smile on your face so long

This theme is used when two face nearly kills the commishoners son. Harveys fall kinda reminds me how anakin became darth vader lol.
