Dude, you'll never believe this: I saw a preview for Friday the 13th, and Jason/Jason's Mom depending on how they remake it, had the infamous hockey mask. And I was like "WTF?!" he doesn't even get his hockey mask until the 3rd movie. I'm disappointed already. :(

While I don't agree that Romance (as a genre in any medium) is tired and cliched, I do agree that New in Town blowed. The only time it was interesting and close to funny was when Zelwegger's character was drunk, and this was only because it reminded me of Bridget Jones.

Hollywood needs to start paying some serious respect to Romance and Romantic Comedies.

Happy to see another video from you dude! But I gotta say your voice was a little annoying in this video. Were you using a different microphone or something? Because at the very end the sound quality suddenly improved. It sounded like you took a very quiet sound and raised the volume of it in some editing program. Because I kept hearing cracks and pops. Still good review, but yeah it was really irritating me.

Thanks for the feedback about the vid and voice! Yeah, I have a new microphone and it's picking up the sound differently. Also, the intro and outro is an older recording, so it has a different quality. I need to adjust this mic cause it had a blown out quaity for this vid. Sorry, but thanks for putting up with it :)

Good question...Twilight and Alvin and the Chipmunks part 1 were removed due to copyright...you can find them on other sites like Dailymotin and Yahoo...AVP, Halloween, TDK and Little Man aren't finsihed yet :(

Little man probably won't ever be, it was one of the first vids I ever made and those files are gone. AVP, Halloween and TDK are all in the works, just trying to get free time to make them.

As a result of these missing parts, from now on, all videos are made complete and all parts..

Oh and it would real cool if you could post a video breaking down the Oscar nominations.

Personally I haven't seen any of the Best Pic movies except Benjamin Button. It was okay. Almost a total carbon copy of Forrest Gump though. Great visuals, good acting, some unexplored themes left out, and an unnecessary ending sequence.

Overall it was good and thought prevoking. I'd love to hear what you thought of any of the best pic noms that you've watched

I want to know if the MPC really saw Taken or just assumed it was good from the trialer. I've seen the MPC's reviews before and he seems pretty spot on with my opinions. I want to know if MPC was really praising Taken itslelf or just the fact that the abismal Mall Cop (which is easily worse than Taken) was dethroned.

Please MPC lets get a video with your review of Taken becuase I thought it was terrible.

Thanks for the feedback and sharing your point of view. I have NOT seeing Taken yet. I do want to see it at Matinee price. Overall, it definitely looks predictable and like 1980s action one-liner inspired. With that said, it looks like it knows what it is and doesn't pretend to be more. And with Luc Besson behind it, I'm always willing to see his films because of his track record. While it doesn't look like the greatest action/revenge movie ever, it looks like it does the job if you want action.

Well I saw Taken like 7 months ago on bootleg. I think you will find that it does pretend more than what it is, and in fact the "action" is pretty lame. The director tries too hard IMHO.

I don't want to ruin it for you so I'll just leave you to it. I hope you'll share your thoughts once you see it becuase I really respect and agree with your take on movies. You're always so spot on.

What the hell? It seemed to me like you were praising Taken. Now while I agree with you that Luc Besson is really great and seeing Liam kick ass was something new to behold. That being said the movie was crap.

It was completely predictable and at times childish. I mean come! That first guy that Liam confronts gets hit by a fricken car ala Friedman and Zeltzer.

The worst part was the ending though. *Spoiler* I mean they're just standing at the door looking awkward and then roll credits.

liam nelson needs to come back in the third batman film, mainly cause i think they should stick with batmans physical villians, because they already used batmans greatest phycological villian the joker, and since he wont be back for the next couble films. i mean if they have the riddler in it as the main bat-villian it will feel like the day after the 4of july when you have a few fire works left over. batman 3, 3hrs10 min, ras al gul, tali al gul, deathstroke, clayface,riddler.
