i want to learn how to hack to understand programs and computers more cause im very interested in them but i dont know who to ask. Also this is a great video :)
@sawaugust Requires a lot of reading and watching videos. I've started about 6 years ago and still got a lot to learn, of course. The best thing to do is get to know your security and your surroundings. The security in real life and online. Understand how viruses work, test them on virtual machines, and understand some basic programming and networking. There is a lot to learn in this field, but it is totally worth it at the end. You'll be more aware of the vulnerabilities..
@H4x0r18 i ned to ask thoe do u have to be good at math in any way in oder to do programming? i heard it helpes you out but i wanna know if you HAVE to have it or you can do it eather way. also right now i learned the basics of the (ruby) programming language i wanna start learning (java)
@H4x0r18 well i need to ask you a question. do you have to be good at math at all in oder to program? cause im not fast or god at math in any way also i learned the basics of the (ruby) programing language now i really want to learn the (java) language.
thanks for the explainaition. it is great for people who just want to learn something from this topic, for starters (people who want to hack themself, for good reasons obviously ;D) or people who are too lazy to look that information up themselves, like me^^
a hacker is a computer hobbyist , a cracker is the term that should be used for what is commonly known as a hacker now-adays , a true hack is playfull and clever , hacktivism is also another subject
@NeutronHex Yes, this is correct. However, it is very sad how many people, specially news reporters claim "hackers" as evil or malicious, when they are actually talking about a cracker. Which makes us, look bad not cool..
@Wolferine95 No problem. Yeah in school its best to stay away from your hacking cause it may cause problems down the road and you definitely don't want to fall into something like that like I did. You'll regret it if it happens..trust me.
@Mrlondontipton1 Without hackers, we wouldn't have Internet, Linux, and many other things. Hackers keep us advancing in technology. Just depends how you say it, some hackers are good, and others not which are crackers.
@OMY7OMY I'm just saying that sometimes on TV, Internet, and Newspaper there are people who misunderstand a hacker and think right away they are black hats or crackers. Not always the case..
