Horrible voice acting tho. Very unconvincing. Also, if u didn't get any quest points, u couldn't wear cape. If the quest didn't award points, you could wear the cape anyway. It's a cape for having all quest points, not for finishing all quests. I wore mine while doing Gunnar's Ground, the only quest that doesn't necessarily reward points. U can wear quest cape w/o finishing all quests.
