You need to think bigger than monetary wealth. Even the smallest amount of money is a blessing that can be shared to do God's work, via church offering or charity. The reward is not always monetary, it could be peace of mind, health, strength, career, prosperous family, etc. Whatever the reward, God is watching, and He knows what servants to reward on earth AND in heaven.
