  • For a second I was afraid someone made a Misa character before I realized it was a cosplaying Haruhi.

  • It is a projectile battle - where baseballs hurt more then exploding projectiles.

  • Aww, I wanted to see her get impaled...

Welcome back, btw. We missed you here.

  • ohh men... i never expected this will happen... good to see you!

  • All right! It's great to see you back! I can see that you still haven't lost your old MUGEN skills. =P

  • Good to have you back. :)

Very nice match for the first one upon your return. ^_^

Also, excellent usage of DuckTales music. I've always loved the sentimentality of this song. :)

    Five stars and favorited! ;)

  • It's been ages. Like Judgepear said, 2006 was the best back then. Nothing like now, but ah well... things change. Old timers like yourself is what keeps me here.

I see you haven't lost your touch. Good fight.

  • Hey man, it's great to see you back and still just as good as Predator. =3

  • Welcome Back, Old Pal.

  • THAT ICONS A SPAH!

  • Personally I wish more verterans of mugen would come back. But at least you're back.

  • If I come back, I will do a fresh start, and I will still put in my unique quirkiness into my MUGEN videos as I did in the past. Like GBX, no more politics or crusades or whatnot. Just simple entertaining MUGEN fights where once character beats up another character.

  • yea, during my early days making videos, most of your videos were expiring to me for my own videos. (like watching you battling interesting opponents, a few "Clone" videos like our predator vs the simpsons and cartoon melee series. yea, nothing beats good old times.

  • Hey GBX, long time no see.

As with before, the sound is still pretty iffy, and the best way to fix that is to use Fraps, perhaps the best recording tool ever (it can record a perfect 60FPS WITHOUT desync, on WinMugen anyway). You don't need to configure volume settings, as it already is configured. Me and Tengu both use laptops, and we now both use Fraps, and the sound problem is no more!

  • I still use SnagIt 8 for my recordings. You just have to set your audio recording input to be "stereo mix" or "audio out" or anything similar to that to record sound output from your hardware. I hear some newer computers lack this audio option, attributed to RIAA pressure of people recording commercial music in this manner.

  • Oh hey, long time no see to you as well.

Well, I use a Vista, and the sound options are rather limited, even lacking these settings! So Fraps is the way I go, since it can record smoother and without desync, unlike my previous recorders, not to mention I won't have to worry about volume settings.

  • If I get a newer computer, than I'd probably move to FRAPS myself. I am still using the same windows XP laptop I used to make my MUGEN vids back in the day to make my newer videos. It's already nearing 4 years old.

Off the record, I harbor no resentment against you or WaruiGouki or anyone else I had a problem with over a year ago anymore, even if they still have problems with me. I admitted that I was a jerkass during my MUGEN days, especially with the Telechy debacle.

  • Jango hates me though, but meh...Telechy is average to my eyes. If he can't fix the debug spam his characters cause, then he has problems. I mean, it's not THAT difficult to fix either!

Fraps, however, only works for a limited array of programs, and might not work for Xeno Fighters or that SMB fangame you made.

  • I still use Snagit 8. Though for some reason my ancient computer can't record audio from the computer itself. What I used to do was tape my webcam to the speakers to record sound. Now however, I tape my headset to my speakers instead, which eliminates that annoying hum that was present in my past videos.

  • Well, here's my suggestion. Get Fraps. You won't regret it.

    *Gmod Spy smile*

  • I'll give it a try in the future then.

  • You won't regret it. Be sure to, ahem, *buy* version 2.9.8, since that's the one that now works with moojin.

  • I got to say having an old Mugen Icon back in action should be fun :P And I don't think many people use hunter as much anymore so its good to see him in action.

  • Noroko, why?!X_X

Also, wtf, "View all 2 comments"?

    Welcome back.

  • I'm glad, that you continued your MUGEN career, GBX. =)

  • Mhh, good to see you back. Been curious as to what happend to you. After that whole Haruhi thing, you just kind of vanished.

Eh, past is past. Good to see you back and kicking.

But I've gotten a niggling doubt that the 'Old Days' of Mugen are long gone...but I could be wrong.

Why not prove that this drama is pointless and just beat the characters you want, give your opinion on the characters and just ignore the nay-sayers and fan's? After all, it is only the internet.

  • nice fight and welcome back to mugen, GigabowserX. it's been a while since we have last seen you post a mugen video up. I think Mugen needs a fresh start and clean out some of the fanboys (like with wild Tengu) how about a fight against Ryo?

  • I have something planned for my next video, but after that we'll see. Though, which version do you want fought?

  • how about Warusaki3's version? (or whatever Ryo you wish to beat up on)

  • WildTengu plays the retarded fanboy for the lulz. Most people do not get the memo, and bite back defensively.

He is a good guy if you really know him.

  • It's like 2006 all over again.

  • That it is, and that's what I look forward to. No politics or trying to get other people to have the same opinion as me, just plain ol' Character A and Character B beating the crap out of each other with a twist here and there to make it exciting.

  • yea, I think we should think about the good old days of mugen, before all of this retarded drama started. and who says warehouses kill mugen. I say it's the drama that's killing mugen even more.
