i appriciate the fact that,, he mentioned the reality of killing ones one meal,,its not easy,,i have done it,, after that part is done then the real physical work is ahead,, but the killing or sacrefice of a animal is mentally draining atleast for me

Enzymes in the meat breaks down connective tissue, so it becomes more tender, easier to prepare. Goat is great meat.

I just buy pieces from the market. I like making goat curries. The stronger the flavour the better. Same goes with lamb/mutton.

In the Old Testament, the goat is actually considered a "clean" animal. I am sure the Israelites ate their share.
