Pretty sure an Atari Lynx couldn't even dream of outputting 720p video. No less handle sophisticated 3D graphics. To clarify the Zune HD uses an Nvidia Tegra ATX 2500 including: an ARM11 core, a ARM7 core, and 6 other cores dedicated to dedicated tasks such as audio and video. I'd say confidently this outclasses the PSP and iPhone with breeze. For full disclosure: the internet browser is incredibly slow, they need to fix that and add many more applications. Just wait for Project Gotham Racing.
