Go, and see engine spec for 2l diesel, it's incredible.

Who cares if it has less space than MB, if you really need more space than this, buy Ford transit or similar. E class is for 50+ people :)

I rely like the touring. But I would prefer the 6-cylinder petrol one. That would be rely nice, and I would like it with the efficient dynamics and that small electric motor that they have been showing. Then you could travel in cities up to 50 kph on electric power, as long as you got juice in the battery of course.

Got one (520d ES touring).. driven 800 miles ... I love it. 33mpg in town. The woolly ride from Mercedes is not up to it. Besides ... the seats in the Merc E seem to shake when cornering.

The GT version is more about the passangers not boot/trunk space

The point of the GT is for more legroom and the touring is for carrying
