Firstly I am not for Romney so this is'nt a fanboy defense. The dude stated he and his doctors would break the law and get marijuana, the question then put to Romney was will I get arrested for breaking the law? Romney states he is not for legalization of marijuana which then implies owning marijuana would be illegal ie an arrestable offense.

The man's stupid question was answered but I guess not to his or the other dudes standards so Romney is an asshole lol.

I am not in favor of the Rom, but this man is trying to lead him into a trap. He does not "diss," the man, he just answers the question in a non-incriminating way. I can't wrong him for that, the guy is trying to get him to say something stupid like "yeah I am totally going to throw you in jail." Otherwise why not be satisfied with his answer? He just wants to make Romney look like a bad guy. People can put that answer together for themselves via his lack of support for MJ.
