I did the same thing i went to a mets game 2 hours early and i watched some batting practice and i got r.a dicky dillon gee and terry colins to sign and i watched jason bay and daniell murphy have a catch for 15 minutes didnt say a word and when they were done i shouted "jason can i please have the ball" and he gave it to me if you use their first name they like it and say thank you

no not at bp. Get there early wait in front of the door to the dugout. Make sure u get there early so u can get that spot. Then pitchers come and sign since they have plenty of time. Be patient and then position players come out. Sometimes they sign and sometimes they dont. Get there early and be patient

man i remember 3 years ago i caught an alex rodriguez homerun ball in batting practice at comerica park on 5/29/06 i was in tears. it was the first ball i ever caught. then 2 years ago Joel Zumaya got done in the bullpen warming up and i got his warm up ball AND LATER I GOT THE BALL SIGNED BY GARY SHEFFIELD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY FAVORITE PLAYER OF ALL TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree that u have to treat a player with respect.I get autographs a lot at Busch Stadium.There is a big group of Ebayers at Busch Stadium.The ebayers are jerks.They pick on me a lot.Because i get some players that never sign for them.Last year the Ebayers cussed me out.after they saw Phillies Jimmy Rollins gave me his batting gloves.
