Assassins believe in letting people choose there own fate and live freely. Desmond is a once assassin who went rogue and became a bartender. The templars find him and put him in a machine that can travel through your DNA and relive the memories of your ancestry...

Does someone want to tell me why brotherhood and revelations are part of the main story line but still don't have actual number classifications in the series, or are not a part of the overall series? Right now I think of brotherhood as 3 (really just the third game not three) and revelations as 4, because that's how well the two fit in to the storyline.

Great game, great plot, but only a good ending. Brotherhood and maybe even 2 had better endings. In this one the last bit of action you do is fuck around with a parachute for a bit, which is fun, but not 'end of the game' material.

Only few games have such an epic storyline like AC (for me,its Legacy of Kain and Metal gear series). I hope that Ubisoft will continue like this and that AC 3 will have an ending worthy of one of the best game series ever.
