Sounds like Pete Townshend is being adopted by Frank Zappa of "Mothers of Invention" :-)
It's probably one of the today's Japanese best bands.
They call themselves as "Yura-yura Empire", where the wording yura-yura is an onomatopoeia, showing it's swaying in the air or it's meandering and wandering through.
