I usually hate voices as those like Kirstin. But not with Kirstin though i think she is so adorable. She is a great actress, a wonderfull singer, she and Idina are the best musical stars ever. And Kirstin is also so sweet, she is not arrogant a true superstar. Smart and beautiful at the same time. I wish i was her sister.

haha of course, it's the wonderful Kristin Chenoweth (obviously, by the title), and she originated the role of Glinda in 'Wicked', the smash hit musical on broadway. She is a classically trained opera singer but the thing that everyone loves about her is that she is sooo diverse... she literally does everything! but remains humble and inspirational regardless :) She is my hero and idol, but many other's as well!

i'll add to what "talenttrapp" already said... if you haven't seen pushing daisies before, you should really watch it. it's truly a unique and wonderful show. she was also on the west wing, RV, Bewtiched, the pink panther. and she had her own show Kristin a long time ago which is SO cute. Plus she's done tons of amazing shows on broadway.

That last "reporter" shouldn't have the job to begin with. I really don't care if you're a foreign press or not, if you're going to cover the awards show, you should AT THE VERY LEAST brush up on who the nominees are. Otherwise, you are going to look like a complete idiot among your peers for asking if Kristin Chenoweth going to sing.

I kinda see your point there, but you need to understand that Cheno is not that well known in other parts of the world. She's not a movie "star" or a TV "star" (tho "Daisies" had certainly put her on the map). She's mainly a Broadway star. And while American films and TV shows are broadcast around the world, American theatre isn't (for obvious reasons). As for checking the background of each and every nominee- that's almost impossible.

On the other hand, if you know little, you better shut up!

I get what you're saying too, it's impossible to learn everything. But he is a reporter, it's his JOB. He get paid to cover this event. This is kinda like if you're covering, let say the presidency of the US and you stand up in a room full of reporters worldwide and ask if Obama is a republican. That would be embarassing. We're not reporters so we are not allowed to be there but if he got the credentials to report it, then he should at least know these things.

I'm not sure you fully understood what I was trying to say, but never mind. I watched the part of the interview in question again and I think we were both wrong! The reporter questioned her specifically about her "Glee" character. As for the "is it the first time you're singing" question, he meant on TV and not in general (tho he could have solved this problem with a little bit of research as well).

she actually loves fast food and gets no exercise besides walking her dog and putting food in her mouth. she does have menieres disease, so she spends more time barfing than the most of us. she literally has to lean on castmates to keep her balance on broadway if shes having an episode. she says there are episodes where she cannot move without throwing up.
