Nice video Matt. I was at Greenfield that day, and you could hear 6233 from Mossley. Made a terrific sound.

Nice clips Matt, I'll also bet that there was some hurried shutting of windows as they entered the tunnel, good job she was not clagging like some we have seen.

Thanks Ralph, imagine back in the 60's she'd have been following a clagging 8F on rubbish coal and if the timing was wrong copped a soaking from the water troughs that were just inside the Diggle end ot the tunnel, hell !!..............Matt

Excellent filming Matt as always. Good capture at the tunnel (seems to be your trade mark - I think you have some arrangement with the signalman lol). Nice to see a Duchess coming through again.

She had slowed a bit at at Mossley from when you had filmed her at Stanedge . She was clagging it too as if she was picking up speed.
