  • WOW, i closed my eyes just for a bit, and it wasn't long till i realized i was so totally out of it in just a matter of seconds, thats' so fucking cool.

  • this is what chuck norris listens 2 b4 entering a battle

  • Relaxing helicopter :)

  • Sounds like riding inside Airwolf...

  • I jack off to this and cum like never before. It makes you cum for like 10 seconds straight!! Its amazing!!!!!!!!!!

  • @cloggingthroats WTF?!

  • @cloggingthroats shit is fucking true

  • I have skyrim running in the background and the idling sounds are CRAAAZYY while listening to this

  • EVERYTHING SOUNDS LIKE DUBSTEP.

  • How can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat! Stand still laddie!

  • That thing got a HEMI in it?

  • i hear my mum calling in the backround : its time for bed.

    a nightmare, bad trip

  • Here i am , on the weird part of youtube again ... :o

  • I have tinnitus. would that effect what this video is supposed to do? i just noticed that my breathing has a helicopter sound effect when i have my head phones on, like an echo. its "doing something". lol

  • The drone of a distant freighter is vibrating in the rigging - we must be approaching the shipping lanes.

  • I hear sawing wood in the background.

  • Just what i need for my brain. My mind is re open and this helps out alot with the pain in my brain when i smoke weed.

  • i heard all vibrations when my parents were talking... weird! :) but is there a download for this?

  • i dont get any sound???

  • @joinery11 You need stereo headphones for the bianurals to work; and normal computer speakers probably won't play the two separate tones that make up the beat either.

  • I heard my dog's bark through my headphones

and thought it was a dolphin. Scared the sh*t out

    of me.

  • When i pause, i feel my body is shaking!!!

  • @StinkyWeasel1958 lol no I had no fan in the back ground. The only thing that I could hear in the background was my water tank filter ,water sounds.

  • LOL i can hear like a sound of a helicopter in the back ground.....weird

  • 0:12 sry for useless post but cant watch unless i click a time in the comments sux lol

  • DELTA = from 1 to 3 Hz. THETA = from 3.5 to 7.5 Hz. This is NOT DELTA.

  • try it sometime

  • Comment removed

  • i put three youtube tabs up, put three different delta frequences on, and the result is....just so great:)

  • Amazing.

  • think all of us when is relaxed is high at the point. So what's the problem, that don't need a discussion, just hear it.

  • Dont hear it please! It kills you for sure :S

  • Noob.. Uh I don't hear anything? Plus listening without headphones?

  • @s3xydaviid You must listen with headphones for it to have an effect. When you play them with a speaker, the sounds are mixed up by the time it gets to your ears. You want them to be separated so your brain has to do the work.

What you should hear is a "pulsating" noise.

  • anyone notices that no speaker in the world can play 4 hz? earthquakes can.

  • wow... whenever I put this on, within the first few seconds I feel a relaxing sensation in my chest. is that normal? well I know it is but I mean is it supposed to help so fast?

  • @Bifi323

I have the same feeling. It's a strange indescribable warmth.

And yeah, it only takes a few seconds for me too.

  • Flapjacks.

  • dizzy?

  • third stone.

  • Wow, I think I just discovered why I love the sound of a large diesel engine idling.

  • @moxx064 Haha know what ya mean!

  • @moxx064 Distant ships' engines heard through a boat's hull. One gives me nightmares.

  • Try to playing on a guitar while listening to this! :)

  • Does anyone hear like soldiers marching on the background?

  • where can i download this?

  • @WubaWubaLeprechaun you can use Zamzar to download this, google it or go to zamzar .com :)

  • Holy fuck, why am I hearing voices?

  • I HEAR AND SEE DEAD PEOPLE!

  • my dog and bird are freaking out. but it is making me very sleepy..

  • ok

  • I love Bose.

  • Are these for lucid dreaming or just falling asleep?

  • @syth406 falling asleep, theta is the brain waves made when you dream

  • After 8 minutes i got a metallic flavour in my mouth

  • @salsa066 I get the same effect when donating plasma at Biolife. it's a change in chemical composition they say, and if it's happening it means you aren't eating a healthy diet, and (don't quote me) you need more iron.

  • 4 half ounces of delta iso chronic

  • I walked around the room with this playing on my speakers and as i moved to different places the pattern of the wu wu wu wu wu would be more vivid or less and i could feel a pulse ever second wu in my heart

  • @soul634 ummm... u need stereo headphones for your brain to actually make the 4hz delta wave so...

  • Is this known to stimulate blood flow? I've been doing some research and find mainly "psychological" effects from Binaural Beats, etc. but no information regarding physiological effects.

  • @warbrain3 I have not come across any information on how it affects blood. Given that many people use the waves for relaxation, I wouldn't count lower blood pressure out as being a possible effect. There is still a lot of territory left unexplored on the subject of brainwave entrainment.

  • @SiressSanguinarian for blood pressure related freq. look up

    4-7hz

    10.5hz

    304.0hz

or go to lunarsight . com the're plenty about brainwave/cymatic frequency

  • can this help me to astral pproject?

  • @catsareinsane1 I would not recommend you listen to this while trying to AP, but it works well if you are edgy and are having difficulty relaxing to the state you need to be in. Try listening to some low range waves for 12-15 minutes before trying, as it will give your brain enough time to adjust to the new frequencies.

  • comment below me - LMAO!

  • started to close my eyelids to this and i heard my dog bark right beside of me. i got so startled i think my balls ran off.

  • Comment removed

  • This is awesome! I immediately felt so relaxed and calm, a little bit drowsy as well, when I first listened to it!!

  • I just woke up, it's 3 am in the morning, hopefully this short burst of delta waves can put me back out and i can get a good nights sleep. cause this is bullshit atm just had the weirdest dream.

  • Delta is when you have a night terror. I know because I have heard these frequencies in my sleep!

  • I love these deep bassy ones!If you play this with another one simultaneously you can get some really great sounding effects.

  • Thank you for uploading all these Pure Binaural Beats. I find the ones with music distracting and ineffective. :)

  • for some reason there is a weird taste in my mouth...is that normal?

  • How do I makes binaural beats? (I use Audacity and FL studio). Like say I want a 3Hz beat- I think I just use say a 100Hz and a 103Hz sine wave mixed to produce 3Hz beat frequency (cuz a 3Hz wave by itself can't be heard by humans). Right???

Okay, then what makes a beat "binaural?"

  • @PeeteyP yes you're right but one wave has to be assigned to hard left, the other hard right. You have to listen on headphones for the technology to work properly. It is the brain's attempt to hear the two tones as one that encourages it to vibrate at the difference between the two frequencies. The Monroe Institute use combinations of binaural beats. They might for example combine low theta at 4hz with beta at 15hz. The idea being to keep a person alert while at the same time going very deep...

  • Also there are portions of the frequency spectrum that work best for binaural beats. In other words, 900hz + 904hz might work better than 100hz + 104hz. (sorry can't remember more off the top of my head) Additionally, there are specific brainwave frequencies that are especially potent at producing altered states. 4hz is one such 'special frequency', 7.83hz is another...

  • These make me jumpy. Is that normal?

  • i have been meditating and nothing has been working... thank you soooo much for this, I am out like a light within the session...this is the only thing that works...thank you so much for letting me to get some sleep. I tried everything, including self meditation and that doesnt even work :( What you are doing is aamazing <3

  • I really love to listen to this particular song. Instant headache relief when pulling an all-nighter.

  • @cosmicjazzer Yes...? Did you not think of it as a song? Because I've got to be honest, binaural beats aren't nearly as soothing without the pink noises and such. It keeps me in the correct ranges, sure, but it just gets annoying after awhile without any "musical" variation.

It looks like you've been studying this a bit. ;)

  • @SiressSanguinarian Hi! Sorry - I'm forever pedantic! But having gone this far, I will just say... a song is, by definition... SUNG!! I do agree that music can help the process along. That aside, yes I have indeed been studying this (and everything metaphysical!) for a very long time. Peace and joy! ;)

  • this feels weird..

  • I've experimented and I think it's to do with the isochronic pulses rather than the binaural rhythm... does anyone understand what's going on here? It's very interesting.

  • @1988NickF read up on wikipedia, it's been studied and explained quite well

  • @1988NickF There is always a correlation between (predominant) brain wave(s) and specific state(s) of consciousness. Change the brain wave, change the state! Isochronic beats are simply pulses at a specified frequency. Binaural beats use two different frequencies, one in each ear. Because the two frequencies are ALMOST the same, the brain will vibrate in sympathy with the DIFFERENCE between the two frequencies. Binaural beats will encourage synchronisation of the two hemispheres of the brain.

  • Try quietly whistling whilst listening to this - somehow it makes your whistle oscillate at the same speed as the binaural rhythm! Really, really strange.

  • will this one help me sleep? what is the best one for a deep sleep?

  • @joshuamyler The lower in hz, the deeper into relaxation you get. Being so, gamma waves with a 40hz will keep you awake, and delta waves with 1-4hz will put you out. ;)

  • @SiressSanguinarian True to some degree yet 40hz gamma is still really low and wont keep you awake

  • @SiressSanguinarian On a related note, I tried falling asleep to the frequency 0.9 hz, Which as you know, is pretty damm low, It was one of those full legnth tracks, I listened to 2 hours of it and my brain actually created a dream, within a dream, within a dream, "Yes like inception", To wake me up "Presumably because it wanted to go to theta, then to alpha, and back again" it was rather neat, when I woke up I felt drugged, You might know 0.1 hz is the hz when you are literally brain dead.

  • @Anarchyson1 That's also one of the reasons I use delta ranges when I go to sleep. I've had some wild dreams with them. I have never tried a range below 1, so perhaps I should put one together here shortly. Do you know if the track you listened to had spikes in its frequencies? I am always looking for suggestions to improve the tracks I compose.

  • @SiressSanguinarian No, it was a full legnth biaural beat, No isochromic beats, I guess it would have been fine to sleep with if it would have gone from delta, to theta, to alpha, and then beta for rem, But i'm not sure what the biaural beat for R.E.M sleep is so, It's kind of difficult to put my finger on it, Delta was good for about 2 hours but then my body forced me to wake up because it didn't want to be stuck at 0.9 it wanted to go back up to heal I suppose.

  • @Anarchyson1 Some think R.E.M. occurs in the theta stage, others in delta. I personally believe it happens more often in the delta stage, but I can't be certain since my R.E.M. cycles occur by day. I suppose it varies depending on your natural brainwaves, whether you're usually in beta or alpha stage more during the day.

  • @SiressSanguinarian thank you for this comment

  • @SiressSanguinarian

Well this would be a great weapon for modern warfare right?

  • @SomeSmokeShowsUp A weapon...?

  • @joshuamyler I find that Theta is the best for sleeping, it is the type of brain waves that are being sent while you are asleep and in your subconscious.

  • @joshuamyler I put this on while i was sleeping and today i've been walking on air all day. I feel great, and for no apparent reason. I recommend it : )

  • @joshuamyler this one.
