  • Really, I was thinking the same thing are you really that famished that you need to eat during the video is there not a time of the day you can set aside when you are not eating to do the video tutorial?

  • That be super sweet if you weren't eating while your giving instructions. Soo annoying. Plus you never explained why you format certain ways. Why don't you keep them why do you use the particular one and WHAT DO THEY MEAN. For how much you emphasized not to format certain ways you never explained them

  • My Mac came with an apps installation cd and the Mac ox cd..? What cd do u need.? Or u just a windows7 cd.?? Plz reply back, thnks

  • My mac did not come with a CD, what can i do.

  • Back up the disk and use Disk Utility to format it as a single Mac OS Extended (Journaled) volume. Restore your information to the disk and try using Boot Camp Assistant again.

I KEEP GETTING THIS ERROR SOMEONE MESSAGE ME ASAP I NEED HELP PLEASE!

  • @Thatguysnowboards PLEASE TELL ME THE ANSWER IF YOU GET IT

  • @danialashouri I STILL HAVENT FOUND IT :(

  • @scootergreen3 are u talking about after you install windows? The reason it ask u to insert the disk is so it can install the drivers, such as you Bluetooth.

  • Hello Techchick27. I wonder why I have to reinstall the Mac OSX DVD, because it's already installed in my Imac 2011?

  • @scootergreen3 it's not that hard to install this video shows how to install xp on your Mac. It doesn't take any longer then if you need to install it on a windows computer. As for Sony Vegas, I prefer final cut pro.

  • Hi Techchick27 I have bootcamp on my Imac 2011. There are places to buy XP home edition service pack 3 on disks but do I just insert the XP disk and follow the prompts and install it and that's all there is to it. The reason I ask is a person who builds PCs told me that it is very difficult and time consuming to install windows on a Mac. I don't see why though. If I have XP disks what else would there be to do. Then I will install Sony Vegas. I'm asking because I don't know.

  • how long did this actually take you without your video cuts?

  • yes you cant download anything unless minecraft without oot camp "windows" wine or shit like that doesnt work

  • @the5nip3rs is your mac a used mac? it sounds like you have it formatted wrong. that format do u have your harddrive formatted in currently.

  • @the5nip3rs i'm sorry i don't have a clue how to do that.

  • Dont eat when doing a tutorial u fat bitch

  • what if i don't have the disk :0??

  • Does it matter what windows 7 disk I use? Please reply, they cost a lot and I wanna get the right one

  • @weedge123 which one is up to u, but be sure which ever one you buy can be bootcamped not all of them can depending on where you buy, all i can say is do you homework for windows7, i prefer XP on mine its faster and takes less of my hard drive space.

  • what kind of disk should i use

  • @234mindgame what do u mean? what kind of disk do u use? are you asking what verison to buy, i need more info to help.

  • @katuro16 I dont suggest doing it on an air. because of the flash harddrive. besides you have to have a external disk reader to even read the Disk.

  • @AStickManProductions lol ok all standard Mac keyboard have a option key on the keyboard. If you are using a different keyboard try alt. I show you how to partition in the beginning of the video.(the part about boot camp assistant is when you partition) I hope this help.

  • Is the option key the command key? Also, will you not lose anything from your mac and will everything you save on windows go over to the mac when you restart? Basically what I'm asking is will everything be exactly the same, just you have the option to use windows instead of a mac?

  • @AStickManProductions sorry its taken so long to reply, its the option key, and no you wont lose anything on your mac side, and your windows side. Everything will be the same. But make certain you partition your drive.

  • @TechChick27 so wheres the option key on the keyboard then?? And what do you mean partition my drive. (As you can see Im not the biggest tech guy :P)

  • @dlvlne666 I purchased my directly from windows. I guess you could just google windows Cd for sell and see if you can find a better deal but be carful of people trying to rip you off.

  • i just got a mac pro and i have the mac OS X install dvd but i dont know where you get the windows cd?? can someone please help me? how do i get this windows cd ?

  • @dlvlne666 buy it for like 300 bucks...

  • will the mac bluetooth keyboard and mouse work even after you've installed the boot camp in windows? i do not have a spare usb keyboard/mouse

  • @weskerghostbutterfly mine did, you have to set them up on the pc side using the bluetooth settings.

  • product key for what?? =(

  • @masquerade41 you copy of the windows cd.

  • HELP please! when i click on continue, a pop-up thing says:

"The startup disk cannot be partitioned or restored to a single partition.

The startup disk must be formatted as a single Mac OS Extended (Journaled) volume or already partitioned by Boot Camp Assistant for installing Windows."

Thats EXACTLY what it says :D Plz reply asap!

  • @iAUZGAM3R yeah same for me i dont know whats wrong

  • @iAUZGAM3R do you have a intel mac?

  • @TechChick27 yeh

  • nice intro dude!

  • when ever i get to the screen where it says press enter to start i cant click enter

  • @eHxTaLenTzz sometime when you have low memory it won't let you boot camp check ans see if that is your problem.

  • i lost my mac osx install dvd, how can i get one?

  • @soulsoul723 the only way i know how to get one is to purchase one, sorry i know that's not the answer your looking for but that's the only one i have.

  • YOU SOUND LIKE TECHBOY

  • how do i change back to mac?

  • @bluerex112 do you mean after you get windows on their? or how to uninstall it completely? If you are in windows mode there is a boot camp control panel at the bottom in the task bar you can set to to boot mac os on start up instead of booting up into windows every time. If you are trying to uninstall it completely you go back into your boot camp utilities and uninstall the partition. if you hold down the control key on start up you get the option to boot either windows or mac. Hope that helped

  • @TechChick27 o i see o yeh also i was tryin windows 7 and when i tried to get the partion but then it wodnt let me partion it because it says needs to be NT somethin ( i forgot) and then my mac almost crashed when tryin to eject it cause it wouldnt come out so i don wanna do it again (but i got it out ..... eventually)

  • That image in the intro is my wallpaper lol

  • when i partition i get this error The disk cannot be partitioned because some files cannot be moved up the disk and use Disk Utility to format it as a single Mac OS Extended (Journaled) volume. Restore your information to the disk and try using Boot Camp Assistant again. any ideas how to fix????

  • @ePiCzMoDzZ sound to me like you need to just wipe you system after you back up your files, and start over with a clean machine. That's what i would do if you need a tutorial on how to do this just let me know. I hope this helps. if you get it to work please keep me informed.

  • @TechChick27 Will I lose anything please respond because I NEED HELP I HAVE LOTS OF STUFF ON THERE

  • @1234567abc3 you won't lose anything if you partition. the only wawy to lose your stuff is if you wipe your HDD.
