This Luke kid starts alot of fights. I have seen at least 5 videos so far. And in everyone of them he gets his ass kicked. Whats the point?

@brsw Most guys who have been around the block will tell you; it's not how many you win- it's how many you show up for. Schenn is a young player, still learning to fight more experienced guys. When he joined the Leafs, they had no one else to do their fighting, it was great to see such a young guy come to the aid of his teammates when no one else would. I'm glad to say he still does it now, even when they do have Orr in the line-up, Schenn takes care of business. Sidenote- he's a great player.

@brsw Schenn usually doesnt get his ass kicked in reality, but in a lot of these fights, he's only an 18yr old rookie, and the Leafs at that time had no one else to stick up for their teammates so Schenn stepped up. I give him credit for having the courage.

ok i use to play jr's and would fight all the time. im not superman, i didnt win every fight i was in but i won most. One of the things i never did was grab a jersey...i would just fight without restricting myself. i dont understand why brouwer grabs the jerseys when this figh starts when he had a clean jab oppurtunity to break schenns nose wide open. i did that a lot and it workd cuz no one expects it. whats the deal?

Eager had just come off of injured reserve and had limited time on ice for the first few games he was back. In THAT game, on November 13th, Brouwer was acting as enforcer. If Eager's not playing, they don't just go without.

I didn't say he doesn't fight, i said he CAN'T fight. The important thing is he is willing to fight to protect his teammates if there is a dirty hit or something. That is a fantastic quality...but i'm most cases he shouldn't be fighting. That's why they are paying big bucks to Colton "Bobby" Orr.
